This account allows a registered customer access to a private and secure “My Account” page where the customer is able to access details of their purchase history with Payette Valley Models. Additionally, kit-related downloads are accessible. A valid email address is necessary.
The only customer information PVM has access to and stores is order-related: who, what kit, how much, where and when sent.
Payette Valley Models never has access to credit card information.
In order to reduce costs of both kits and shipping, physical manuals are not shipped with our kits. On-line instructions are available for each kit; a PDF instruction manual is available to view and download upon checkout at no additional charge.
While an account is not necessary, it does provide access to a password-protected page allowing download of additional copies of any written documentation available for the kits you have purchased.
