All kits are made to order. While some may be in inventory, the majority are put together once your order is received. Payette Valley Models does not operate an assembly line. Depending on the kit, there may be lead times of a few days to a few weeks between the time the order is received and the kit ready to be shipped. If the kit does happen to be in inventory, it will be shipped within a day or so of the order being received (products are not placed to shipping on weekends)
Due to the hand-made, custom nature of each kit, we are unable to accept returns. If there is an issue with your product, w.e will do everything feasible to make sure your order is correct.
Any parts which be missing or damaged from a kit directly purchased from Payette Valley Models will be replaced at no charge. This does not include stripwood (“lumber”) which may be included with the kit. This guarantee does not cover kits which may have been discontinued due to unavailability of parts.
Additional parts may be available; contact us to see if such parts are available. A fee to cover materials and shipping will be applied.
