Shipping Times:
Payette Valley Models will ship your order as soon as possible. Most orders are turned around within 2 days. For orders within the US, the Post Office is the default shipper with in-transit time stated as 3-5 days. These times refer to actual shipping time and not the number of days between order date and package arrival.
Please note that shipping time is an estimate and not guaranteed.
Orders shipped to Canada can take up to two weeks time-in-transit; other International orders can take up to 60 days. Please be advised that due to the lengthy shipping times of overseas orders, we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Should you experience difficulties with an overseas order, please still contact us and we will do our best to assist in anyway that we can.
International Orders:
If you are ordering from a country outside of the US, you may be charged customs and/or tariff fees. We have no control over either so please consider this when placing an order.
Should you decide to reject the package due to the cost of customs, we will gladly issue you a refund for the unopened products once received back. You will be responsible for the shipping and any costs incurred.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All products can be returned if still sealed for exchange or refund within thirty days. You will be responsible for the return shipping and any costs incurred. A limited number of damaged parts will be replaced within two months of purchase. If a refund or replacement is desired, simply send us an e-mail, explaining the problem, and we’ll send you return instructions immediately.
